For those of you who are in Cross Country or for those who just like to run :D

What does your training consist of? My training really depends what day it is, so does amount of miles.

On Monday's is just recovery practice
Tuesdays we start to build up on our mileage :D
Wednesdays is when he takes us to the weight room!
Thursdays is the day we're running hills or some sort of training that is related to where we're going to run on our Saturday meets.
Friday we just take it easy, cause we usually have meets on Saturdays.
