Crosby Breaks Jaw

I'm not sure if this was posted already, but Sidney Crosby broke his jaw and needed oral surgery. Recent reports have said that no timetable has been made for his return.

Yeah, their 15-game win streak got snapped last night, so you can tell they definitely are missing him.

I'm not sure that that had anything to do with Crosby being out. It was just horrible defense and goaltending and a little offense. If we had lost 2-1 I'd say that Crosby could have been the difference in the game, but at 4-1 I think there's nothing Crosby could singlehandedly do to make them win

Alright, now they're without Crosby for a little while. He has been great this season, so this is definitely a huge loss. I hope he returns soon. They just got Malkin off the IR the other day though, right? I'm hoping he can keep things going. Like Moss said, you can't really blame a 4-1 loss all on the loss of Crosby.

Not placing it entirely on Crosby, but his absence certainly didn't help them at all...

I wouldn't place really any blame on Crosby. I mean, yes he's a heck of a player but every time he goes down he gets absolutely scrutinized by the public and he single handy gets blamed for the Pen's losses afterwards.
