You own a team, you act like there owner and coaching staff. You trade players, re-sign players, sign free agents and do drafts in the off-season. During the regular season you, make trades, submit depth charts, and then your games get simmed, and you find out the result, so you try to be the best team you can be.

Anyone need more explaination?

A few questions:

How can you work out trades? Just through PM, and then it goes through? Can you trade with your own team?(If you're GM for 2 teams). When does the regular season start? How often do you need to submit depth charts? Will the free agent list be updated every day? Is there a trade deadline?

You offer trades through PM, once 2 sides come to a deal, you opost it in the trades board
You can, but I will have to approve unless we get a TC(Trqade Commitee)

What year of Madden are you using?

Also, could you possibly post the top 10 rookies that haven't been drafted..?

Because I'm confused on who's still available and who's been drafted...
 
Does everyteam need to be managed by a GM? Can we have like a week of two before the season to get our depth charts ready and work out trades?

And you should turn off injuries. Just so we don't have to deal with that.turning off injuries is questionable, and yes you have to submit a Depth Chart each week, but you can just put same and sim will be around 3-5 days apart.

Whats the GM CASH thing your talking about. Also i've played Madden, I'm hoping you turn off Salary Cap too, or are we going to have to worry about money and contracts.

How do we find out our depth charts? Are you going to upload all the originals from madden for the owners to have, and then we edit them as we go?
