With most people predicting the Red Sox to take the AL Championship it was only fitting that they start the season out against the defending champions. Since most people had the Sox down to win the AL i would guess that most people had them down to win the first game of the season. But the Rangers had different ideas. Ian Kinsler led off the season with a Homerun and it went on from there. The Rangers wound up winning 9-5.

Last night the Rangers did it again adding on 3 more homeruns by Kinsler (Another lead-off homerun making a record), Torialba, and a grand slam by Beltre.

My question is this. What do you think of the Rangers right now? Is it luck? Or are they for real?
 
I'm not gonna say it's luck, but I don't think they'll continue beasting like this. I do, however, think that they'll win their division.
 
Yeah, I really don't think luck has anything to do with it, they're just hot right now.
 
The Rangers are definitely for real. Their going to be just as good as last year. But not as good, because they lost some from their rotation in Cliff Lee. They have started out good.
