As a bama fan I found the game very exciting

Iowa beat Purdue, 31-21. Marvin McNutt was a beast, again. He had 9 catches for 151 yards and 2 TDs, one of them a great 51 yard catch that he tipped to himself two or three times. Iowa's defense combined for 5 sacks, and 2 interceptions (both by Tanner Miller). Great game for the Hawkeyes.

#18 Michigan crushed #16 Nebraska, 45-17. Michigan looked really good.

#17 Wisconsin survived a scare and held off Illinois, 28-17.

#15 Michigan St. crushed Indiana, 55-3.

Northwestern beat Minnesota, 28-13, and gained bowl eligibility.

#21 Penn St. beat Ohio St., 20-14. Big win for Penn St.

UPSET! NC St. CRUSHED #7 Clemson, 37-13. Wow. Did not see that upset....even if someone did predict that upset, there's no way they could have predicted the score.

Iowa St. beat Iowa today, 9-6. Iowa's defense was great, but their offense never took advantage of the many opportunities they had.

Oregon St. upset #13 Wisconsin, 10-7. The Beaver's defense held Montee Ball to just 61 yards. It's the first non-conference game Badger's coach Bret Bielema has lost since taking over at Wisconsin.

#22 Notre Dame held off Purdue, 20-17. Bennet Jackson had 2 interceptions for the Fighting Irish.

Penn St. suffered another tough loss, losing to Virginia, 17-16. Sam Ficken hit only 1 field goal in 5 attempts, the last of which would have won the game for Penn St.

Denard Robinson dominated in #19 Michigan's win over Air Force, throwing for 208 yards and 2 TDs, and running for another 218 yards and 2 TDs, leading Michigan to a 31-25 win.

#24 Florida spoiled Texas A&M's SEC debut, defeating them 20-17. Mike Gillislee had 83 rushing yards and 2 TDs to lead the Gators to the victory.

The first half just ended and Vanderbilt is beating Northwestern 10-3. This should be a blowout!

Vanderbilt beat Kentucky 40-0, improving their record to 5-4. Alabama beat LSU 21-17, staying undefeated.

Indiana beat Iowa, 24-21, and is now only a game behind Wisconsin for the lead of their division in the Big 10.

#3 Notre Dame escaped with a win thanks to a missed field goal by Pitt in triple overtime. The final score was 29-26.

#2 Kansas remained undefeated by beating #24 Oklahoma St., 44-30. K-State QB Colin Klein was injured during the game and didn't return to the game after leaving. The injury or severity of the injury still hasn't been disclosed.

San Diego St. upset #19 Boise St., 21-19. Colin Lockett ran the opening kickoff back for a 100-yard TD return for San Diego St.

TCU upset the ailing #21 West Virginia Mountaineers, 39-38, thanks to a converted 2-point conversion in second overtime.

#20 Nebraska rallied past Michigan St. in the closing minute of the game to be the Spartans, 28-24.

UCLA crushed #22 Arizona, 66-10. UCLA running back Johnathan Franklin, who rushed for 162 yards and 2 TDs in the game, became UCLA's all time leading rusher.

Oregon and Kansas State both lost this past weekend. Because of this, Notre Dame is now ranked #1! If they beat USC this weekend, then they will secure a spot in the national championship game, most likely.
