Cole Hamels hits Bryce Harper

That seems a bit harsh, in my opinion. I can see maybe 1 or 2 games, but 5 is kind of ridiculous.

only one start, and they will just push him back a few days. I think Harper deserved it, he is very arrogant.

What a jerk... I don't know if he was serious or if he was just hiding his pitching mistake.

I think he deserved a suspension.

Well they have to suspend pitchers for at least 5 games, because if they only suspended him for one or two days, he wouldn't even miss a start and it would be pointless.

Bryce Harper is played a few games in the big leagues by this game. None of the pitchers he had faced before felt like they needed to welcome him to the big leagues by pegging him with the baseball. I find it funny that Cole Hamels felt it was his job to welcome Bryce Harper to the big leagues, and perhaps, give him a reality check, as I'm sure Bryce Harper thinks he's the coolest thing since sliced bread. I've never liked Cole Hamels. Something like this shouldn't change your opinion on him if you like him, but this just makes him look like a total jerk. I don't know if he is jealous of all the attention Bryce Harper is getting or what, but this is ridiculous.
