My favorites are Sour Cream and Onion. I prefer if they are Ruffles also.
Lay's is usually too expensive.

I understand that potato chips are unhealthy because they add mush sugar, oil, and salts to my body.

You can make it healthy by baking them.and not frying them. So that they don't soaked much oil.

That sounds prudent. Besides baking potatoes, I guess I can also air fry them. Thus introducing as little cooking oil into them.
I've never tried that, I always fry them in oil, but it's a good idea, I should try it sometime.
