Why the personal message feature is disabled?
Can someone explain

I an unable to read and send messages, it says that the feature has been disabled by the administrator.

Maybe you don't have enough posts on the forum to use the personal message feature...

I do know there can be if the forum owner puts a code on the forum saying they want one though.
