I don't do it, but personally I think when people start getting REALLY big, it's a bit stupid. I don't mind it when people are well-built, but when you start having veins popping out here there and everywhere I think it looks nasty.
 
Weight lighting for people is tib builds muscle and increases strength, it's enhances bone density to prevent osteoporosis, and strengthens joints to reduce injury risk.
 
I've never been interested in it and I never will be; I find exaggerated bodies with excessive muscle mass and excessive steroids and synthol horrible.
