Terry Bradshaw is better than him, why exclude him?
Terry Bradshaw even has physical health problems, when he went to sleep, he had to roll on the floor when he woke up because his bones and muscles were messed up.

Yeah, and Johny Unitas should be in the talk for best too, because he won 1 Super Bowl, and 3 NFL Championships(Before they had Super Bowl)

Barry Sanders even though he never won the super bowl, but that was due to the fact that he was playing for the Lions who've never even played in one.

The Titans were good than, they had Eddie George, Kevin Dyson, and Frank Wycheck.
That year they only got a wild card in the playoffs, and then the Music City Miracle on the Bills kept them going to the Super Bowl, till they lost to Kurt Warner and the Rams.
