The Bears are making big changes this offseason, as today they fired their General Manager Jerry Angelo. I personally think this was a good decision, as they need to start making some better draft picks, and start having more winning seasons. Also Offensive Coordinator Mike Martz quit today. He was having a good run in Chicago until injuries plagued their offense, and the finished 1-5.

Thoughts?
 
Martz sucks, plain and simple. Go retire and hide. A good coach, any kind, can adjust and do well regardless of injuries.
