Avatar?

Can someone please make me an Avatar? Preferably using the Calgary Flames logo with Cameron. The flaming 'C' of the Flames logo the first letter of Cameron. Underneath, in smaller lettering saying Apeman711.

This would be appreciated. :)

Sorry, I have been busy with school. I am currently not on my computer with GIMP. I will try when I am on that computer.
