All-Star Festivities

Yoenis Cespedes won the 2013 Home Run Derby last night. The actual All-Star game is tonight! It starts in less than an hour.

I watched most of the game. The American League beat the National League 3-0.

I watched part of the game. I watched the first inning and then the last three innings. Mariano Rivera got the MVP award.

I don't really like that Mariano Rivera got the MVP award. I know it's a good story and all, but I don't feel like he deserved it just for pitching one inning. Obviously, he didn't really get the award for what he did in the All-Star Game. I don't really like that they did that.

I didn't even know that non-allstars could make the Home Run Derby...

Well there weren't many other clear-cut candidates, so I'm fine with them giving it to him for it being his last.
