So he finally got what he had coming to him 162 games and now he is suing the mlb and the players union? This guy is desperate to say the least. What is going to happen when he comes back in 2015? I say that because his suspension will not get over turned. When he comes back even though they have to the Players Union will have its reservations when it comes to any support they need to show Alex Rodriguez. What does Alex think? That the players union can appeal the decision made by the independent Arbitrator? Of course they can't because it's a legal binding ruling. Best thing Alex can do is offer the Yankees a buy out of the remaining money and years on his contract and hope to catch on with another team in 2015.

I don't see another MLB team picking him up in 2015 if the Yankees buy out his contract. Fans from coast to coast hate him. No one wanted Barry Bonds after the Giants chose to not to resign him. I think the same thing will probably happen to Alex Rodriguez.
