I am very hopeful for the Pirates this year, as I am every year. However, I think that we need to really start picking up some younger, better talent in areas in which we are weak. I think in the past our largest problem has been leaving holes in our roster in areas in which we are weak. Either weak batting, weak defensive positions, or weak pitching, depending on the year. We have to be more well rounded and get it together.

Meanwhile, the Twins and the Braves are still the worst teams in baseball, both at 10-30.

The Reds have been looking like they want to join the Braves and Twins as the worst teams this year. On a 9 game losing streak.
