Karl Malone to me is hands down the best player to never win a ring. There are others on the list, but I think he tops it off. Charles Barkley could be up there, but I don't think he's on the same level as Malone.
I'm not so sure about fantastic. Game 2 clearly sent a message to the Thunder. It was a complete blowout. I'm guessing Warriors in 5. They're probably going to sweep the rest of the series. You could see moments in Game 2 where Durant and Westbrook looked extremely frustrated. There was even a...
That shot to the chops by a pitch is what kept him out for a while. I think that sort of slowed his development as a player. Hitting home runs like that only makes him suspect in my book. I know the guy is big, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him test positive for PED's.
That's a pretty sad record in the game of baseball lol. Not too bad for a pitcher though. I think there are still some pitchers that have never hit a homerun, so good for him. Dude looks like he has the build to where he should be able to knock them out the park.
It's been sewed into the fabric of hockey forever. Good luck lobbying to get violence taken out. They already penalize for fights, but they allow them to go on for a bit of time. The NHL knows that their viewership would be much lower without the violence, and that's just the sad truth.
I think that they probably wont get the approval from all of the teams owners. There is a stigma with bringing a football team to Vegas since there is a large sum of money being bet on almost every game. They think that could taint the league. My friend DJ's a Raider Bar in North Las Vegas, so I...
That's true. The Bulls wouldn't have that championship, or the other ones without him. The Warriors I think are a better all around team. Without Curry they can still win games, but a championship might be a stretch. He still has a chance to make it back in the playoffs though. If Lebron and the...
In the spirit of the other sports forum I'll tell you about one unique event I attended and worked at. In 2010 I responded to a job listing, and ended up being a water boy at the West Coast regional championships of ultimate frisbee. It was interesting to watch.
Fingers are crossed for my A's to make a run. We have started off good so far, but are not looking so hot the last few games against Toronto. We'll see though.
Two costly injuries with two of the best players in the playoffs. Stephen Curry will be out for at least two weeks with a sprained MCL. Fortunately the warriors are up 3-1 in the series against Houston, and should be able to close it out. Sadly for the Clippers Chris Paul broke his hand in...
By far for playing now I'm into golf. I'm at a point of obsession. As far as watching I enjoy basketball the most. The game is fast paced, and there is a lot of scoring going on. Even though it's not my team I love watching Golden State.
Grand opening was pushed back once again, we'll just say it's TBA for now. We are still waiting on the completion of some custom development that has been in the works.
