What do you do in the gym, I do a program where it has a four day split, so I do chest and back one day, then legs, then arms and abs, and then a circuit on the last day.
 
Chest/Triceps
Legs
Back/Biceps
Shoulders/Forearms

I miss more days than I make it anymore. I need to get back in the gym, starting to feel a little weak.
 
I have never been to a gym because I think that every person can stay in shape with sports. Playing sports is the best activity.
 
I have a gym membership, but I am too lazy to be in the gym.

When I go to gym, normally I do squats with weights and also run on treadmill.
 
I'm on a weight loss journey.so I'm always in the gym three to four days weekly trying to lose weight. I would get to my ideal weight soon
 
I always do the treadmill more often when I go to the gym. I might do some dumbells and barbells. I also do exercises that enhances my hips.
 
What you did is great. I keep my workouts very simple, but intense. I like the push-pull legs style. One day I'll hit chest and shoulders, triceps, and the next day I'll hit back and biceps, and then just legs. I'll do some core work at the end of each session, so it's consistent. On the weekends I'll do some conditioning like sled pushes or kettlebell circuits to keep the engine strong. This keeps me balanced and not fatigued, and I get full body coverage throughout the week.
 
I do a bit of bench weights in the gym. I always go for the 70KG bench weights. I also do a lot of barbells and dumbells at the gym.
 
If you want to have people to compete with while trying to lose weight you can join a gym so that you have people to compete with.
