The no-spend day challenge is a challenge to self of not spending money on some days. It is a challenge that helps one save money by only buying things done days. . You totally cutt out spending for a short time . It would help you even Practice Mindful spending . Ever tried this?
 
Yea. I sometimes go for days without spending even a dime. This happens especially when I am in the rural areas where I have a second home.
