Honey is it for me as it is a nutrient-rich, natural sweetener packed with antioxidants, minerals, and enzymes . Honey offers wound healing, improved cardiovascular health and reduced inflammation,

It depends on what I eat it with; depending on the food, I might prefer sugar or honey, because you can't combine one or the other with everything.

Alot of people are Using honey to replace table sugar because it helps improve diabetes management.

Honey has a flavor, but sugar does not. The flavor of honey is dictated by the plants from which the bees collected the nectar.

Yes honey isn't too sweetened unlike sugar. So you have even managed with the taste of honey better

Definitely people that knows would still prefer honey than sugar that is processed
But what about foods that contain sugar? Would you add honey, or how would you do it? I'm left with that question after reading your comments.

Yes you can add honey to your processed goods. It still helps to make them healthy

Sure, but isn't the sensation different when eating it? It feels very strange to eat something with honey that I usually eat with sugar.

Well.it might be individual differences but for me there's nothing unusual with taking things with honey than sugar

I don't even know the taste of sugar. My mom always used honey as a sweetener from when we were kids. And all of us have grown up to eating only honey as a sweetener.

Honey is the best it's has no side effects even when you take it but sugar I can't remember the last time I consume a cube of sugar
