Ravens offensive line coach George Warhop is set to leave Baltimore and join Todd Monken’s staff in Cleveland in the same role, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Warhop, 64, joined the Ravens in 2024 to replace longtime OL coach Joe D’Alessandris, who passed away from an illness shortly before the season. Warhop’s first year in Baltimore went well; left tackle Ronnie Stanley had a resurgent season, center Tyler Linderbaum earned his second straight Pro Bowl, and right tackle Roger Rosengarten put together a solid rookie campaign.
The Ravens’ offensive line took a step back in 2025. Left guard Andrew Voorhees struggled in his first full season as a starter, while right guard Daniel Faalele regressed after showing some development the year before. Stanley, Linderbaum, and Rosengarten were not as dominant either. The struggles were a major factor in the offense’s struggles, and quarterback Lamar Jackson struggled with injuries for much of the season.

Warhop was also a candidate for the Giants’ OL coach job, but he has a longer history with Monken. The two worked together in Tampa Bay from 2016 to 2018, including two years in the positions they later held in Baltimore.
The Ravens have already lined up Warhop’s replacement in former Falcons O-line coach Dwayne Ledford. He will be tasked with rebuilding a unit that could look very different in 2026.
