Yu Darvis finally signed a contract just a few minutes ago. The deal is reported to be 6 years 60 million. I was thinking he was going to get more for less years so i guess that's a good thing right? I still think the Rangers need to be in on Prince though.

Six years seems a bit long......but who knows, Darvish could turn out to be amazing.

Maybe he'll be like Daisuke, and turn out to be an absolute fluke.

Daisuke wasn't a huge bust his first year...but in the long run, I'd say yeah, the Sox probably wasted money on a mediocre player that they could've gone without.

I think Darvish is suppose to be better than Daisuke, though...I guess we'll find out.

Darvish pitched 2 scoreless innings in his first Spring start today, and struck out 3.
Two full innings?! Wow!!

Haha he's off to a (somewhat) promising start, but it's still way too early to tell.
