Yeah...since Ichiro, there really hasn't been a great Japanese player to come over...

The Twins got Nyshioka last year, and he did alright, but I really don't think he lived up to expectations.
 
Haha I sent him a card to sign through the mail a WHILE back...I don't think I ever got it back. :/

He seems like he will do pretty good in the majors.
 
Yeah they spent a ton of money on this guy, but he does seem like he's going to be pretty good. This is a good pickup for the Rangers after losing Wilson.
