Will my poor Seattle ever get a team again?

I believe they will get another team eventually, but probably not until at least 2014/15 season. The city still hasn't said whether or not they will build a new arena yet.

They'll get another team soon. What happened with the Seattle Sonics was just unfortunate for Sonics fans. They'll probably have a new team in Seattle in a few years. Even when Seattle gets a new team, there won't be much to talk about. It would probably take at least a decade before the team became a playoff contender.
