Golden State handed San Antonio it's first home loss of the season and gave itself a chance to eclipse the NBA single-season record for wins. They have now tied the 1996 Chicago Bulls with 72 wins. They have one game remaining to attempt to break the record.

San Antonio was attempting to become the only team to finish a season undefeated at home. Either way, someone was coming out of this game with a record.

In case you missed it... Golden State now holds the record at 73 wins with a 125-104 victory over Memphis.

This has been a record season for the Warriors and company. Most wins at home in a row. First team to finish a season without losing back to back games. Best regular season record of all time. Curry ties the record for most 3's in a game. He destroys his old single season record by a margin of over 130 3's. He has the scoring title for the season. It's been nutty to say the least. It leaves me wondering, how many more seasons can this unit play at this level.

They still aren't better than that Bulls team though. The game is played entirely differently now with fouls called way more and not the same physical tenacity. If the warriors were to play that Bulls team with that leagues referees they would get run over.

I completely agree.  They aren't better than the Bulls team and would never beat them if they would've been in the same era.  The definitely aren't as physical, like you had mentioned.  I was really disappointed by Curry's performance in his first game against the Thunder.  Granted, everyone has mediocre games, even superstars like him, but first games set the tone for the series.  Perhaps Curry isn't as "clutch" as everyone thought.
