Tim Tebow is a Jet. And it (only?) cost them a fourth-round pick.

The Jets lost wildcat-QB Brad Smith last year, so this kinda make sense, but then again, they signed Mark Sanchez to a huge deal not long ago.

So, good move or bad move by the Jets? Definitely risky, that's for sure.

For a fourth-round pick? I say great deal for the Jets. Having him as a backup will be huge, especially if Mark Sanchez were to get injured.

Wow, what a great deal for the Jets!

I'm unhappy, though, since I like Tebow, but hate the Jets (at least I was neutral with the Broncos).

He's not on the New York Jets yet. Tim Tebow's brother said that things looked like they were going to be finalized this morning, but apparently, the Jets would have to pay the Broncos like $5 million in compensation or something, on top of the draft picks. Tim Tebow's brother also went on to say that they're basically back at square one, so they're back to the drawing board. Tim Tebow is still a Bronco.

EDIT:

Nevermind, it is now official! Things have been figured out. He is a Jet.

If the Broncos could just realize that if they could let Tebow develop and get mentored under Peyton manning, they would have a pro bowl successor to him. He only has 2 to 3 good years left, hes not like brett favre, he will hang it up when its time.
