Raiders sign Palmer

Today the Oakland Raiders signed former Bengal QB Carson Palmer. Another strange move by the Raiders....

Thoughts on why they signed him and why or why not you think he'll start on Sunday?

Doesn't make sense really. Even if he does start, he won't be any good. He hasn't played in an NFL game since last year. He will be rusty. They shouldn't start him this week, they should give him time to practice with the team.

Bad move on their part imo... Carson hasn't really been good since '05 when he was injured. Plus, he's a whiner.
