Sometimes... Only when there's a storm or super high winds (like 70mph).

About a month ago during a storm like 20,000 people were without power for around 6 hours I believe. In 2008, there were winds up to like 75mph (that were brought all the way up here from a hurricane) and there was no power for 4 days. It was okay because we got out of school. ;D

I haven't had any power outages in a long time I remember once the had to cancel school, because of it. lol That was great.

We get them maybe a couple times a year. They usually only last a couple hours, though.

duh...its a fact of life. Most everyone experiences them from time to time. I lost it for 3days in March when we had a bad ice storm that shut the entire town down for 2days.

We had that in NY for 4 days and hten we had a blackout.

It is worse in.my country and region. We had one for three days at a stretch.

There's nothing more annoying than a power outage; being without electricity is awful. Light is as essential as food; you can't live without it.

That's right I don't know why those in charge can't work on giving the people constant light it is really appalling

It is routine here but we have a Home UPS that takes care of those outages.

Power outages are a big bummer.
Especially now that my UPS is out of service.
