Tax cuts would be awesome I guess, but Obama is really annoying me. Right now, he's doing whatever he can to secure votes. That's the only reason he said he supports gay marriage. Mitt Romney said he didn't support it, so Obama said he did to secure the votes of the LGBT community.
 
Obama is terrible. No matter what he does now, he will forever be, in my opinion, the worst US president in history. He thinks that if we spend money, we'll make money, and that's just not how it works. His idea of creating jobs is to make a ton of government jobs, which is great for the people who get those jobs, but not everyone can work for the government. More government jobs means less tax-payers which means higher taxes for people without government jobs.

Jimmy Carter was bad, but he's a dream compared to Obama.
 
I like Obama and if it were between him and Mitt I would vote for Obama :)
 
At the end of the day politicians do whatever will gain them votes when they need them. Most of the time lobbyists control what gets done, not the American people.
 
I tend to avoid politics for the reason wingnut said.

A mix of things contribute to skewing the politicians stance on things -- once they're in office, whether its money or a change of heart, it doesn't really matter. The same ol' corrupted officials are being elected into Congress every voting year, and that's really our problem, not just Obama. The whole system needs to be shut down, because no president is going to get the parties to compromise and refuse bribing.
