I'm really interested in the Kansas vs. Richmond game that is coming up. I don't really think Richmond can pull off the upset, but if Richmond gets hot with their three pointers, it's going to be a long game for Kansas. It's possible, Richmond has managed to sneak into the Sweet 16. I think the game shall actually be somewhat close. It won't be a blowout or anything.
On paper Kansas has the easiest run to the Final Four with the 10,11,12 seed still alive in that bracket. I don't think it will be that easy though. Kansas will have a problem with Richmond, but I think Kansas will pull it out. Then they will face Florida State, and that will be a very tough game. I still think Kansas will win, but if FSU beats them, it won't surprise me. Both games will be very close.
I think the VCU vs. Florida State game will be very interesting, the only match up with two 10th seed and above teams. Both teams have pulled off some great upsets during tournament, so it will be very fun to watch who will win.
I think the Butler vs. Wisconsin game is gonna be great, niether team is really flashy or stylish with how they play, but they get the job done. I think Wisconsin wins in a close game.

EDIT: Florida beat BYU in overtime and UConn beat SDSU.
Jimmer Fredette's late 3 pointer was amazing. Best 3 pointer I've ever seen, probably. Too bad he couldn't have hit a few more. I think after he missed a few he should have worked it around more and tried to get an easy layup or a close jump shot. Also, BYU's defense collapsed a lot late in the 2nd half, allowing a lot of easy shots.
Grand opening was pushed back once again, we'll just say it's TBA for now. We are still waiting on the completion of some custom development that has been in the works.
