“He’s back…”
The year is 1996. The fear that has been growing in people's hearts over the past few years have seemed to overtake the whole Wizarding world. Ideas that were once only dark, worried whispers have manifested themselves in the form of Voldemort and his Death Eaters. The threat of Voldemort gaining complete power is now even more evident as more and more people begin to disappear and the magical world begins to slip back to the way it was when the Dark Lord gained power the first time. His number of Death Eaters only seems to be growing, causing some people to go into hiding.
For Harry, this is what he spent most of the last two years warning people about only to have himself labeled as a liar and troubled teen. However, with the fear of You-Know-Who growing every day, people are turning once again to Harry to be their “Chosen One”. For any sixteen year old boy, this is a rather difficult thing to shoulder and it is only at Hogwarts that Harry finds what little peace he can. Sadly, his safe haven is slowly begging to be affected as well.
The school is now divided not only amongst houses and bloodlines, but fear. Students find themselves unsure of who to trust in these changing times as more and more people chose sides. Everyone knows that a war is coming, but none more than Harry. As everyday passes, he finds himself closer to what could be his, or Voldermort's, final day.
