White Sox just beat the Royals 1-0 in their season opener.
 
The Twins lost to the Tigers in their opener, 4-2. Former Twin Torii Hunter went 2-5 and struck out once against his old team.
 
Pirates lost to the Cubs 3-1

Both Jeff Samardzija and AJ Burnet pitched great games, Burnett's only blemishes coming on a 2 run homer by Anthony Rizzo and an RBI double by Wellington Castillo. Carlos Marmol came in for the Cubs in the bottom of the ninth and put guys on first and second. One pitcher later, Pedro Alvarez had an RBI single to make the game 3-1.
 
Twins are above .500! They beat the Tigers today, 8-2 to improve their record to 2-1. Trevor Plouffe and Josh Willingham both had homeruns for the Twins. :D
 
The Rays beat the Indians 6-0 a few hours ago. Alex Cobb looked great. He had an excellent start. The Rays are now 3-2 on the season.
 
Twins also improved to 3-2 with their 6-5 win over the Orioles. Justin Morneau got the game winning RBI with a single in the top of the ninth. Chris Davis' homerun streak was snapped.
 
The Reds beat the Nationals 6-3 yesterday and are now 4-2 on the season. Not too shabby since we've played the Angels and the Nationals so far.
 
The Rangers beat the Rays 5-4 last night. You guys should look up the highlights, the strike three call on Ben Zobrist (which ended the game) was a terrible call.
 
The Royals beat the Twins, 7-4, yesterday. The Royals scored 5 runs in the first inning, and Mike Pelfrey only pitched 2 innings for the Twins.
 
The Rays beat the Rangers 2-0 yesterday. Matt Moore got himself another win. He's 2-0 now. The Rays are 4-5 this season.
 
The Twins beat the White Sox today, 5-3. They are now tied for 2nd in the AL Central with a 8-7 record.
