I doubt it. Maybe they made one for both though, it wouldn't take long. I could probably make one in like 2 hours, and I'm not even a professional.
I'm not sure if they've made an official one or not, but there's one that might be the official, because it was the one SportsNation and ESPN posted on Facebook, I'm not sure though.

It looks kinda unprofessional... If I had made it, I would have put some splatters on him and on the edges of him, so the small mistakes in the render would look better.
I'm not a big fan of that cover.

Lol. I was thinking, maybe Madden should make an NFL game about where you have 2 options: be the Players Union and fight for no lockout, or be Roger Goodell and push for a lockout.

I personally think it looks bad for a player on the Cleveland Browns to be on the cover. The Browns are just an unsuccessful team. Although, it would have looked really bad for the NFL, Madden, and EA Sports to give Michael Vick the cover because of his past wrong doings.

Haha I wasn't even sure they would make a game if there was a lockout this season. But, I guess they make a game every year no matter what.
