This is literally mind-boggling in my opinion. Lucid Dreaming is when the person dreaming actually knows that they are dreaming, and can control it. It can actually be triggered purposely by a few techniques. I'm too scared to enter a lucid dream, but one way I've hear of is to "...lay in your bed, and don't move. After a while, you'll start feeling urges to roll over and itch, but if you can stay still, your brain will think that you're asleep, and you'll go into sleep paralysis. You can then open your eyes, and you'll start hallucinating. Then when you fall asleep, you'll know you're asleep, and will be able to control it without worrying about waking up. (You'll still be paralyzed.)"

Here's my story :
One night, I fell asleep like usual. I felt like I was asleep for maybe 2 hours or so when I woke up. I was falling off of my bed (I'm on the top bunk), but I had absolutely no control of my body. I figured the best thing to do was to just brace for impact. Then, as I was rolling off my bed I started floating in the air and I went towards my window and looked out. It felt so weird because I could have sworn it was real, and there were stars everywhere in the sky. Next thing I remember, I'm waking up in my bed, but I have no control over my body again. I had that tingly feel that you get when your foot's asleep, but it was all over my body. My brother was downstairs awake on the computer (I could hear the typing/mouse clicking), and I tried to call him to wake me up, as I thought I was half asleep, but my mouth wasn't opening and I couldn't get it to work. Soon I found myself falling off my bed again, as you probably guessed with no control over my body, but this time I actually fell, but I didn't hit the floor. I had descended into some kind of dark, scary, furnace-looking place. There was creepy red writing on the wall which I couldn't focus on, as I was falling very fast. That's all I remember until I woke up the next morning.
