In today's era, how good would Dan Marino be?

Same tier as Brady, Manning, Rodgers

or less?

The only things that have changes are the rules. The rules are more beneficial for the offensive game.

It isn't that hard to guess how he would do in this era. Defensive players could mug the wide receiver back then. I safe to say Marino would be the best QB in todays era.

It's really not that simple. The NFL has changed too much to know for certain.
