Do you celebrate the holidays? Do you enjoy them?

I celebrate them, but despise how commercialized they are now. I have always believed that family is what matters around holidays, I could careless about getting this or that. Lets go back to days when it was about just spending time with family, not about what you get or do not get.

Christmas is always my favorite time of year. There's just something so special about it... which may or may not be the presents.

I personally love the holidays. Turkey Day (or Thanksgiving) is just around the corner. It will my the first Thanksgiving that my husband and I have spent together as a married couple. A little upset though because both of our families are gone. His went to florida, mine went to ohio. Christmas is right around the corner too as much as I love Christmas, I get extremely annoyed at people who start decorating and playing Christmas music before we've even celebrated Turkey Day.

Seriously. 3 weeks or so before Christmas is as early as I'm willing to start.

For me Christmas is the time to spend time with the less privileged. I host a party for poor kids This year it was the 20th party
