Meet the Clans...
Warriors of the seaside cliffs,
Stalkers of the thickest brush,
Swimmers of the ocean waves,
Runners of the fields of grass.

The darkest day...
StarClan did not see the storm,
and could not warn the Clans.
Many died; few survived,
And distrust of StarClan was born.

By way of apology, a blessing for each Clan...
Wings to navigate the sheer cliff walls,
Sight to penetrate the thickest forest,
Webbing to fight through the rough seas,
Bodies to race like the cheetahs of old.

In this way, the era of the BLESSED began.
