    Cheerleading as a Sport

    I believe it is a sport. I was never a cheerleader, but my sisters were. They had to work very hard at it and have good muscles in their arms, legs, and core. It is not just standing there yelling, it is doing flips and cartwheels, balancing each other, lifting and jumping and so much more.
