    Meh. The teams that they are considering adding are mostly in the AAC, which is generally a pretty bad football conference.     As the MLB improves their testing, the players will improve their ability to evade the testing. Its very unfortunate but the MLB is doing the best they can do. I love seeing justice served though... :)
