    Arsenal without Arsene? Sounds crazy. I think the only thing that gets him out is his age. Arsenal is still competitive and are always near the top of the table. Unless leadership tanks on consistency and takes on a Title or Bust attitude. Even then he's the best man for the job in my mind.
