Thunder's Isaiah Hartenstein talks career of 'Game 7s' before Finals finale vs. Pacers



Amidst an NBA career with very few promises for a journeyman, Oklahoma City Thunder center Isaiah Hartenstein inked a three-year, $87 million contract to join the Thunder last summer. For a player who spent his first few seasons, spending time between the Houston Rockets and the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, the Rockets' G League affiliate, Hartenstein heads into a do-or-die Game 7 cool, calm, and collected.

Multiple Reports Indicate OKC Thunder Could Make a Draft-Night Trade



The Oklahoma City Thunder won their first ever NBA title on Sunday night. Now, just one day following the team's championship parade, the Thunder are reportedly already looking to improve their roster, or gain more assets. The first round of the 2025 NBA Draft is set to begin on Wednesday, and Oklahoma City is reportedly interested in moving up in the draft. After Jonathan Givony reported for ESPN on Tuesday that Sam Presti and company could be looking to move into the top 10, Yahoo's Tom Haberstroh reported similar intel on a recent podcast.

Thunder trade No. 24 pick to Kings after winning NBA title



The Oklahoma City Thunder stood firm and made their first pick of the 2025 NBA Draft, selecting Georgetown big man Thomas Sorber with the No. 15 overall pick. The Thunder were slated to pick No. 24 in the draft, but traded that pick to the Sacramento Kings. In return, the Thunder get a protected 2027 first-round pick, via Dave Carmichael. With that selection, the Kings took Colorado State star Nique Clifford, who broke out in 2024-25 and had a stellar senior season while leading the Rams to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

Report: Thunder, C/F Jaylin Williams agree to 3-year extension



The NBA champion Oklahoma City Thunder have taken the first step toward keeping their roster together, agreeing with center/forward Jaylin Williams on a three-year, $24 million contract extension, ESPN reported Sunday. Sunday is Williams' 23rd birthday. The Thunder held a $2.1 million option for the 2025-26 season, which it declined in favor of the extension. ESPN reported the third year of the new deal also is a team option.

Pro Hog update: Former Razorbacks sign new deals with NBA teams



The NBA offseason has hit, and teams across the country are in the middle of signing players ahead of next season. Three of those players are former Razorbacks who inked new deals with their respective teams. The first of those former Hogs was Daniel Gafford, who agreed to a new deal with the Dallas Mavericks last week.
