Do you enjoy reading?

Well, like the title says, do you enjoy reading in your spare time? If so, what do you normally like to read?

I love to read. I can usually be found reading things like:

The Last Apprentice series by Joseph Delaney, Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling, The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis, the Space trilogy by C. S. Lewis, the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer, The Host by Stephanie Meyer, the Chronicles of Ancient Darkness by Michelle Paver, The Wolves of Mercy Falls trilogy by Maggie Stiefvater, The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel series by Michael Scott, The Montrumologist series by Rick Yancy, Locke & Key by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez, the Horus Heresy series written by various authors such as Dan Abnett, Graham McNeill, Ben Counter, and James Swallow to name a few, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo trilogy by Stieg Larsson, The Stoneheart trilogy by Charlie Fletcher and the list goes on and on.
 
I don't read very often when I don't have to for school, but I really enjoy it as long as it's a good book.

I just ordered 1984 by George Orwell, which seems appropriate with all this NSA, big brother is always watching, stuff going on.
 
That was always one of one of my favorite assignments in school when it involved reading a book and doing a book report on it.

But I do enjoy reading even if it's not an assignment from school.
 
I like reading books and review them. I usually read action and adventurous books. I like reading in the beach with the sun :)
 
I love reading though sadly it affects my eye sight as I have eye problem in one eye so my eyes go all blurry at times. I also find myself not having the time to read them as I would like to. I got Fifty Shades of Grey series at Christmas time and haven't been able to read any of it yet.

Well, you can get an audio book. That way you can listen to the book being read to you and it won't bother your eyes.

I couldn't stand it. Not being able to read. I've always loved reading ever since I learned to read.

I am currently reading the 3rd book in the Monstrumologist series by Rick Yancey. It's a good series if you like a good scare.

I love reading. I think my favorite book is probably The Hobbit, but I could list a ton of books that I really enjoy.
 
I do not really read books, unless it is for my university classes.

I enjoy reading money making ebooks though.
 
I no longer spend time reading novels but I suppose there is enough reading done being here and also browsing the Net for news and information
 
Reading is one hobby which always pleases me. It refreshes my mind and purifies my soul. All in all, for me, its an act of divinity. Books always make me curious.
 
No, not at all, not even a little, but I do usually read manga or comics, it's because they have pictures and I find them more fun, but reading bores me a lot
 
I do. I enjoy reading books from other eras most. It's fascinating to see the difference in language, culture and goings on, and also to see the similarities.
 
Yes I love reading as it reduced stress improved brain connectivity, enhanced empathy, and increased vocabulary. It sharpens memory, improves focus, and fosters critical thinking

Even though I don't like to read, I can imagine how great it must be to learn about differences in language, culture, and so on.
 
Learning a new language is great as it enhances brain function by improving memory, creativity, and multitasking. It fosters deeper cultural understanding, and increases travel experiences, expands social networks,etc
 
The truth is that once you read you archive something good and most especially learn new things so I read alot and I spend most of my time on public library
 
When I read books I see that am aquiring new skill develop myself and educate my brain at the same time so reading has a lot of advantage
