When is the right time for a team to finally fire their head coach?

Firing a head coach is not by emotion. Fans always shout “sack him” after two losses. But stability matters. That said, when the team board believes he is gone, then, it's over. You can see it in their body language. I saw one team last season, the players just walking. They were not giving their best. I think it's when you act. Not every bad run means disaster. In this

I don't think it should be based in the amount of games they have lost. They should only fire the coach when they have tried everything, and it still isn't working.
