Tea vs Coffee

Tea. For some reason the taste of coffee never really went well in my stomach..last time I drank it the threw up.
 
Coffee will be more helpful to me throughout the day. It would help energized me for the day.

If we're talking about healthier options, then yes, tea is clearly better, but I think the post was asking which one you like more.

When you really like something, it's normal to consume a lot of it, especially at the beginning. Then you gradually reduce the amount to more normal quantities.

In excess, everything is bad, but compared to coffee, tea is definitely not bad.
 
Both coffee and tea are very good but I believe tea is the best for me because I have been using tea all this while but it's been long since I took coffee
