Okay, I'm 13 weight like 115. Doesn't sound so bad, but I have no muscle.

What can I do for a work out everyday? And more importantly, how can I stick with it?
*I don't have a gym membership.

Do push ups, pull ups, sit ups, whatever exercises you can do at your house, really. They work.

Start at like 10 push ups a day, and then go up as you get stronger.

All of the above, except I replace sit ups with crunches. Pull ups are by far the most effective for building muscle and overall strength.

Lol, I'm not that young, or weak. Whichever one your thinking. I can do like 50 at a time. Would that be over working myself?

That seems a little high, the most I ever do at a time is like 30.

Maybe you should use more strength on other things, because it seems like that would make you too tired after that many... but that's just my opinion.

I'm on a weight loss journey too. The first thing you need is self discipline. You can't achieve a thing without prepping yourself to make a success of it.

It is vital, essential, and fundamental to exercise, not only to look more attractive but also to be healthy. Humans were not born to be sedentary or inactive all the time, so it is essential.
