The Bundesliga and the dominance of Bayern Munich.

The Bundesliga is one of the top five soccer leagues in Europe. But what often makes people doubt it's quality is the unopposed dominance of Bayern Munich on the entire league. They win the league every season back to back. It is only fluke if another team wins the Bundesliga once in eight years.

Does the dominance of Bayern question the quality of the entire Bundesliga as a professional soccer league?

I just think that teams in the Bundesliga are not ambitious and that is why they have allowed Bayern to dominate the league. How else would you explain teams selling their best players to Bayern. That weakens the teams and Bayern gets bigger.
