Do you believe in extraterrestrial life?

So, do you guys believe in the extraterrestrial life? As for me, I do. As we have thousands of plants and thousands of stars, there is a chance for life to grow at some far away planet. I like learning about things about universe and even now, I do keep track of the latest news with respect to space.

Still, I know that it's close to impossible for us to communicate with the extraterrestrial life forms as they are hundreds of light years away from us(I am talking about planets that have the possibility for a life)

So, what do you guys think about all this?

I do want to believe but sadly there are hardly any strides made by astranauts and scientists to know more about what is going on up there.
