Shawn and Trey start off with a discussion about the wild NCAA Tournament followed by a discussion about the two biggest injuries from this weekend, LeBron James & LaMelo Ball, and the effect on their respective teams. Then Marcus joins them for a discussion about the Boston Celtics, their season so far and where they go from here. Lastly, they discuss Aaron Gordon requesting a trade and where he could go.
Shawn and Trey are joined by Brendan from A Ginger Tailgate to discuss some wild news coming out of the NCAA Basketball world. Two Top 15 teams have positive COVID tests and are in jeopardy of missing out on the quickly approaching tournament. They discuss their thoughts on that news plus some other things as they come up.
Shawn and Trey are joined by guest, Eugene Ingram, to discuss NBA news and the current season with Marcus joining halfway through. They start with a discussion about the impact Joel Embiid’s injury will have on Philly’s season and the MVP race. Then they get into a discussion about the Chicago Bulls’ lineup changes followed by which teams should be sellers. They end with a discussion about which teams they feel are real contenders and which surprise team they feel is real.

They start the episode by discussing Meyers Leonard’s disgusting behaviour while live-streaming WarZone. Trey is from the same area and helps explain how ingrained that type of language and ignorance is for people from there. Join Shawn and Trey as they recap some of the highlights of the All-Star Game Festivities. They discuss how Team Durant missed Embiid, but his and Simmons absence wasn’t Silver’s fault, but he still can’t chastise Atlanta because he brought a party to their city. Shawn details how the NBA could have done it better for safety as well as better showcase HBCU’s. We were still happy with the showcase that they did of the HBCU’s and well as Women’s Empowerment. Trey has some shoutouts for Nassir Little and the Illinois Men’s Basketball Team heading into the upcoming NCAA Tournament.
